Black and Ivory

Black has long been one of my favorite colors; I feel more put together when I’m wearing it. I’ve always known it was slimming, but it’s really sunk in as my belly has grown. The monochromatic color scheme slims and lengthens. The weather in Phoenix has been colder than I can remember during my 10+ years of living here. The sun is still warm though and a sweater was all I needed during the day to stay toasty. I even managed to wear heels while we were out for the afternoon! I could have easily swapped out the heels for riding boots or even my sneakers for a more casual look.
