J. Crew and Madewell kicked off their Black Friday sales early this week! J. Crew is offering 40% off and Madewell is offering 25% off. I ordered a few things yesterday and thought I’d share my favorites from both sales, as well as the items I have and love.
Last year during this sale I finally bought the J. Crew Regent blazer. It fits perfectly and instantly makes me feel put together. I’m wearing a size 00.
I’ve had my J. Crew lady day coat for so long I can’t remember when I bought it. Can you believe I still had another 3 months to go after this photo was taken??
Another staple in my wardrobe is the J. Crew Tippi sweater. I have it in black, navy and grey. I love to wear it over a long sleeved button up as shown here.
This top is on sale for $25! It’s going to be 90 on Thanksgiving and it just might be my turkey day outfit. I’m wearing a size 0 (it fit a little tight at the top).
As for the items I ordered, these pajamas, socks (perfect with my holiday pjs), pants, striped pjs for Lawson (on sale for $17) and two pairs of jeans (these and these) are on their way to me. The pants were originally $98 and are on sale for $27. I tried them on in store a few weeks ago and thought they ran a little small. I ordered up one size from my usual.
I couldn’t find a photo of me wearing it, but I got this striped turtleneck last winter and wore it all the time. Another Madewell favorite of mine is this striped tee. I wear it every week!
At this point I’ve done more holiday shopping for myself than anyone else. Time to get moving on the rest of my shopping list!
