Happy Monday! We’re heading into the last week of April with Mother’s Day right around the corner. A good cookbook not only has great recipes, but beautiful photography. I’m a sucker for a coffee table book and keep my favorite cookbooks on display.

I don’t personally own any of the cookbooks I’ve rounded up for you today, but they all get 4+ stars. I glanced through them at Anthropologie the other day and thought they all looked fabulous. I’d be happy to make any of them mine!

I’m not a huge Gwyneth fan, but her first cookbook, It’s All Good, gets great reviews. I don’t know exactly why I’m surprised, but Chrissy Tiegan’s book, Cravings, also gets fantastic reviews from magazine editors and users alike. And aren’t the grey mini spatulas the cutest thing you’ve ever seen?! I used mine yesterday when making another batch of my favorite granola.

P.S. I haven’t posted on a Monday in what feels like FOREVER. I’d really love to get into the routine of new blog posts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I promise to do my best to stick to this schedule! You can always follow along with me on Instagram and Snapchat (erica.kartak) too.

P.P.S. And happy birthday today to my grandma (she’s 91!), my good friend Rachel and 11-year old Anna!!
